Free during open beta. Pro tier when you need it.

BlockSign passes Solana network fees through at cost. We don't mark them up, we don't pad them, and we don't charge per signature. You pay for the product, not the rails.

Frequently asked

The pricing questions we hear most.

Why is BlockSign free right now?

We're in open beta. Free is the right price while we sand off the rough edges. Pro launches once the API and bulk-send flows are stable.

What happens to my documents if I stop paying?

Nothing. On-chain anchors are permanent. You keep your signed PDFs and the proofs they carry — you just lose dashboard access for sending new ones.

Do signers pay anything?

No. Signers don't need an account, a wallet, or SOL. They click a link, sign in the browser, and walk away.

Can I get a refund?

Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans cancel at the period end. Network fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been broadcast.
